3-axis milling
Plates, housings and brackets up to 800 × 500 × 400 mm. VMC with a 24-tool magazine, rigid enough to hold stainless without chattering.
Drop in a 3D file and get an engineering-grade reference price in about eight seconds — with a DFM read on the features that will cost you money. 3 a.m. included.
Geometry is measured in your browser. Your file never leaves this page.
Every field below feeds a real cost model: blank volume, material removal rate, machine hour rate, set-up amortised across the batch, finishing priced by area, inspection by tolerance class. Nothing here is a random number.
The process is not a preference, it is a consequence of the drawing: how tight, how thin, how hard, how many.
Plates, housings and brackets up to 800 × 500 × 400 mm. VMC with a 24-tool magazine, rigid enough to hold stainless without chattering.
Shafts, fittings and bushings with cross-drilled holes and milled flats in one set-up — which is the only way concentricity actually holds.
Impellers, medical housings, five-face work in a single set-up — for the parts where re-fixturing would eat the tolerance you paid for.
Laser cutting to 12 mm carbon steel, CNC bending, inserts and hardware pressed in before finishing — so nothing has to be re-opened afterwards.
Hardened tool steel, sharp internal corners, deep ribs — the cuts a rotating cutter physically cannot reach. Micro-holes from Ø0.3 mm.
Fixtures, automation cells and special-purpose machines built from your drawing — mechanical design, machining, assembly and acceptance testing under one roof. This line is quoted by engineers, not by a form.
How we scope a machineIf your grade is not here, ask — it is usually a three to seven day sourcing question, not a refusal.
| Material | Density | Tensile | Best finish | Typical use |

| Al 7075-T6 | 2.81 g/cm³ | 572 MPa | Ra 0.8 | Aerospace structure, high-load fittings |
| SUS 304 | 7.93 g/cm³ | 520 MPa | Ra 0.8 | Food equipment, general corrosion duty |
| SUS 316L | 8.00 g/cm³ | 485 MPa | Ra 0.4 | Pharma, marine, chloride exposure |

Castings, forgings and exotic grades are sourced on request — lead time extends by three to seven days.
The only step that needs you is step one. Everything after it is our problem until step six, and then it is your dock's.
A tolerance claim is only worth what the inspection behind it is worth. Every export order leaves with a dimensional report and a material certificate, and critical features are verified on a coordinate measuring machine rather than with a caliper.
If yours is not here, put it in the message box — an engineer answers it, not a sales script.
No — and treat any tool that says otherwise with suspicion. It is a reference price built from your geometry and our machine rates. After an engineer reads the drawing it moves. Usually down, because the model has to assume a conservative set-up. Occasionally up, if a feature needs a second set-up or a custom cutter.
Yes, before you send anything you consider sensitive. Say so in the message box and it comes back countersigned. If a drawing is confidential, send the envelope and the material first — that is enough for a first price, and it identifies nothing.
One piece. Prototypes are how most of our export accounts started. The unit price is just higher, because the set-up is carried by one part instead of two hundred — which is exactly what the cost breakdown in the engine is showing you.
STEP and IGES give the cleanest results. STL and OBJ are fine for estimating but carry no tolerance information — they are just a skin. Native SolidWorks, Inventor or DWG files we can also open. A PDF drawing with dimensions is enough if that is all you have.
Ex-works, FOB Shanghai or CIF — your call. Air express for anything urgent, sea for volume. Payment terms start at 30% deposit for new accounts and loosen after a few orders. We are not precious about it.
That is most of what we do. Send the drawing, the failed parts if you still have them, and the inspection report if there is one. Nine times out of ten the problem is the set-up and the fixturing, not the machine.
Four contact fields and a message box. Everything technical has already been carried over from the quote above — you should not have to type it twice.
Keep this number. An engineer will come back with a firm price and a DFM read within one working day. Nothing was uploaded — the geometry summary travelled with your message.
